Telkom service is pathetic!

I've been with Telkom a few months now. I have struggled to get the line installed when I started. Now I have moved out of my previous place end of July and since then I've been struggling to get the line moved. Now you charge me R200 for funds that was not in my account when you tried to take money for a service that I asked you to provide. I'm not happy with your service and if I try to cancel you come up with a bunch of excuses!
