Telkom service is pathetic

The service I received for Telkom is so, so, so bad. I've moved from one house to another in the same town and ask Telkom to assist by changing my internet to my new place. I phoned 10 times where Telkom said they have limited access and they will phone me back. Nobody ever phoned me back. Every time I'm phoning they couldn't find my new address on the system....I kept on phoning and even went to the branch in Secunda. Still nothing. Phone last week again and eventually they could manage to get my address and op a order and a Technician came out last week Thursday. He went to the neighbours yard to see the pole etc. After a while he came back to say he cant find the pole going to the ground and he will bring his Supervisor last Friday to assist. Friday morning he phoned to say according to his Supervisor I have to arrange access to all the yards around my house for them to help. This is Telkoms lines and poles. They have to arrange it themselves. Im sitting for 3 weeks now without internet. I'm working from home and said this to Telkom several times. Still no internet. This is so so so pathetic.
