Telkom service is pathetic

<p>Our VPN lite service has been out of order since 22/10/2016. In addition if our clients call our telephone line it says that the number does not exist. I have called the call centre daily, only to be told that a technician has been dispatched, yet the problem has yet to be resolved. I have tried to speak to a manager, but I am told that the manager is not on the floor and will call me back. No managers have called me to discuss this to date. None of the call centre agents can tell us what is causing the problem or when it will be rectified. </p> <p>It's been a month since we have logged the fault. Can someone from Telkom take an interest in getting this problem resolved !</p>
