telkom service is of low standard that's the fact

Why advertise while you know exactly you don't have the product? This sucks ..its misleading and their telephone has no value at all.i called several times and no luck.how can you ask a client to travel around looking for a product you advertised on your website? Its waste of time. .I should take this with advertising authority. Take legal action for misleading the clients. They systems is of low standard!!the can't locate the device in stock and where.its very sad that the telkom is failing because of lazy people not doing their work as required. The president spoke of fighting recession but people are taking their times to deliver service. .hence our economy is not doing well.i am very angry with this as I tried to resolve this amicably but the company(telkom) is failing me.the telkom website must be shutdown as it doesn't offer any good to us the customer. Why should I rely on their website after this?I am taking this to relevant authorities to deal with poor service standard! !!!
