Telkom service is nonsense

They sent me an mms about a promotion, I bought it and they neva gave me what they said on that MMS, I called. They told me to send an Email with de MMS as an attachment, no 1 got back to me, I called again, they said I must go to de store and I went there, called them ND was put on hold 4 more than 15 minutes without being told that I would be put, Telkom employees are clueless ND don't know their job. I wnt wat was advertised or they bring my money back.
