TELKOM SERVICE IS NON-EXISTING!!!!

I tried to cancel a telkom line since 12 December 2017. I followed the cancellation process by downloading the necessary cancellation form and send it to ********** with requested attached documentation. Since then called and received another email to which I send all again ********** as well as to follow up on both these emails numerous times....the bill is just still increasing with the monthly premium...

This is not acceptable!!!!! From here - if I do not receive satisfactory service to assist me in cancelling this contract will I have to consider options as how to get Telkom's to assist!!
