Telkom service is non-existing

<p>I have a Telkom land line that is also my ADSL. We are having trouble with our telephone now for nearly 6 weeks. I have had 5 technicians of Telkom here(everytime after I have logged a fault again), with everytime the same result. Apparently, a cable problem, and it needs to go to cable contractors to sort out. HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE!!!!!!! In the meantime, I get no report from Telkom as to when they will possibly fix the cable. I'm at the point that I'm cancelling everything with Telkom, and you will never see me again as a customer.</p>
