Telkom service is non existent -ever

Telkom after service is non existent. Their internet connection is always down and giving problems, especially when it rains or at peak times. When you report a fault you are taken from pillar to post. Am still waiting for help since I logged my call , ***. Called for a follow up no answer on their call centre number. Am without connection, if anyone can recommend a better service provider , welcome.?
