Telkom service is non existant

I have been trying since last year to have a line installed, requested on line, telephonically on more then one occasion and NOTHING!<br> Had a technician call me, make appointment, TWICE, and he did not arrive for either of the appointments!<br> Wish i could get a line without Telkom!!!!<br>
