Telkom service is just bad, horrible

Telkom doesn't care about its customers they couldn't be bothered...we can rent and race..they just dont care...all we can do for ourselves is find alternative service providers...they messed up our name on ITC falsely saying we have a monthly installment of 36000..we were buy a house we couldnt....we tried calling Telkom...no help whatsoever...Do yall selves a favour and seek other alternative providers because Telkom will literally ruin your life...they dont give a toot about us...
