Telkom Service is Horrific to say the least

app**** for a 20mbps line in May which was approved... in July I still had no line installed. Finally decided to re-apply, which I did and then waited another lengthy period for my line to be installed. After much back and forth emails with Outbound i finally got installation last week ... but it was a 10mbps line NOT the 20mbps that I app**** for. Almost a week later I am still waiting for them to change my line speed to what I app**** for. Shocking and pathetic.
