Telkom Service is Horrific

I won a phone from Telkom last year 2019 and it was delivered around April. I unfortunately got pickpocketed however I had insured the phone. The insurer is now asking for Proof of Purchase or anything to say I got the phone from them and the service I have received is ********** from the store to the consultants. I have been told that its escalated but no response.
