Telkom service is horrible

It is very difficult dealing with telkom. I have a refund from 2017 still not paid.

Ordered a new phone through mobile talk it never got delivered but I was being debited for it. Eventually i was able to cancel the contract and now I have a cancelation bill of over 3000.

And the call center is the best, they ask you how you think they should resolve the problem.
