Telkom service is going down

Telkom consultants are one of the most *********** bunch of people I have ever come across. I agreed to a monthly minutes package with one of the consultants just to find that the price I agreed on was not what was actually charged. Instead they have been charging me more for the package. After calling to complain, NOTHING has been done about it and no feedback has been given to me either. Let's not even talk about how since lockdown started their data DOSEN'T last anymore.
