Telkom service is equivalent to Shoprite service in the townships Bad Service of note #Sies

Disgusting stinking attitude from telkom call Centre Agent worse he is black.... My account as far as I know is up to date. Simphiwe Nkosi who refused to give access to his Manager Lizzy Ntabeni and also claims does not know Lizzy's Manager which is unheard of but I guess it's a cultural thing a telkom.

I have been a loyal user of telkom for years and have multiple services with them the ****ty stinking attitude I do not deserve that and not accepting it that boy must be dealt with accordingly.

If someone is looking at this from telkom please go listen to this call dated 03/08/2023 and want an written and from that agent. The nerve he treats me just like another number disgusting and disrespectful.

Would not recommend telkom based on my experience I am ready to walk. We are paying customers the last thing we need is to be disrespected worse by a black agent as if we at Shoprite unless telkom has reduced it's self to that.

Managers and higher management need and must be accessible period not what I have just witnessed which I would rate 0/10
