Telkom service is disgusting

Since October we have been calling telkom to move out fiber to the new house, everyday we get some **** stories, as of today after 4 weeks waiting to install, they tell us they dont know what happened and we must wait for a call from the technicians, this call we are waiting for since October that never happened, i do not recommend going with Telkom for fiber to anyone, their service is a disaster and their agents full of lies and they dont know what is going on stay away people and make sure u use different companies that values their customers
