TELKOM SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!!!

Telkom keeps on suspending my account, they keep on telling me that my account is in arrears, they keep on suspending my services and sending my account to their collections. I have never missed a payment with Telkom, their service is disgusting!!!! i can't wait to finish my contract with them and go to better service providers like MTN.
