Telkom Service is disgusting

Telkom Customer Care is the worst system imaginable. I have been trying to update my Billing for the last two weeks to my new debit account. I tried contacting them but there are no numbers, and navigating there website is like running in a circle.

Not to mention there whatsapp service is useless, try selecting an option and it throws out the same message.

Now I received a bill with a fine to pay because I missed a debit order.

HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY YOU IF YOU DON'T GIVE ME THE OPTION TO UPDATE MY BILLING INFORMATION!!!
