Telkom service is disappointing

Hi I app**** for Internet bundle which consists of WiFi router . I app**** last year August. Nothing has been setted up tI'll date I still have my normal land line , I have contacted telkom many times no help . They gave me a number for telkom disputes. I have contacted them and still no help . I am charged every month for the service yet no line as been installed . My landline is now cut due to arrears that I'm not responsible for as I cannot pay for something that hasn't been installed. Please assist me if anyone can . I'm very displeased customer with telkom customer service.
