Telkom service is dead

<p>I recently had an issue with my adsl, after explaining to the technician my port problem at the exchange, it was fixed within a day after waiting 9 weeks, after being called by telkom and closing the call on Tuesday last week, the whole service goes dead on Wednesday- howz that for great service - landline and adsl </p>
