Telkom service is beyond shocking

My son has been battling for a year to get his telkom account closed. We just have to pay and pay with the promise of it being closed and it never is and then a few months down the line he gets sms to say he is arrears. You are sent from person to person on different numbers and no body takes accountability. Paulina Dikeledi Nodali you promise to sort this out yet you are deleting our emails without reading them. I find dealing with telkom extremely frustrating
