Telkom service is beyond pathetic!

The service provided by Telkom is pathetic. Your agents have no knowledge of your products.

A request was sent for the wifi line to be moved to a different location. The call was logged on the 09/10/2020. To date, nothing has happened.

Contacted your call centre and spoke to Mckyla Moonsamy, Meryl Perumal (supposed to call me back and did not), Nompomelo (dropped the call on me) and Lemeal Tiyo (advised the call has been cancelled and a new call to be logged)

Your team leaders are never available nor are your managers. Each time you speak to an agent, they always advise the call has been escalated. The account being debited but no wifi!!

Please fix this asap!!!! And train your agents to know about your product and systems!
