Telkom service is bad

I do not know how many times I went to Telkom store, tagged them on twitter. they keep on debiting my account even after 6 months of finishing paying for the contract.. The consultant even had the nerve to tell me to block their debits through my bank because on their side there is nothing they can do. I am tired with Telkom, I had to pay R126.00 to block their debits. I need hello peter to assist me.
