Telkom service is bad!!

Telkom is the worst service provider. I bought data on the 29th October and it's still not working up until today (13 Nov). I called them several times and no one is able to assist. This is a lot of nonsense to be honest. I was told that someone will contact me and refund the money or load data but nothing has happened.
