Telkom service is bad

I sent an email in march 2018, to cancel my Internet services , since I was not happy with the service I was receiving. After no reply I stopped paying and my internet service has been suspended but I am being still being billed for something that I am not getting .....like seriously, I sent an enquiry via the Internet complaints and the only thing that I received is a no reply message of the receipt of my query
