Telkom Service is aweful

<p>I ordered an ADSL line from Telkom, they checked my area to see if there is a service, and the service was available, I app**** for the line, filled in all the documents and they also dropped off a router for me. When the time came for them to install a line they came back to me and told me that my area has problem with cable theft and I said the guy accross the road from my place has an ADSL line and it's not ****** so what does that mean and ever since, I have been getting the run around. Telkom please fix your house!!!!!!!!!!</p>
