Telkom service is appalling

Telkom has the worst customer service culture in the country! I have spent the last 4 months seeking a proof of purchase for a laptop that I bought telephonically from Telkom and I have been hung up on and literally sent from pillar to post and all I need is an email with proof of the purchase i made so that i can get the laptop fixed. My warranty ends next month and it looks like i will have to pay for the repairs myself as Telkom refuses to send a simple email to me. The service is pathetic and I still have a whole year to pay for this laptop
