Telkom service is appalling

I am very dissatisfied with the Telkom service. I have app**** for the 40GB Daytime and 40GB Night time. On the 1st of July I have only received R20GB this morning. I called the Customer Service and spoke to Thabani and he could not assist me. Apparently,he seeing different information from what I'm seeing and told me to delete the app and that is what I did. Still the same issue. And I am being told I cannot cancel the contract but when I took the contract I was told it's a sim contract and I can cancel anytime. I need assistance please. I need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. My new contract ***)
