Telkom service is a *******!!!!

Telkom service is full of ****.. Since we have gotten our wifi at home, there have been endless problems. We pay our bill on time and yet another month and our service has been suspended again and now we have to pay reconnection fees for your stuff up... And to top it off, when u try calling customer care, it's another mission in itself just to get the right option to speak to the consultant. We are supposed to be a paying a fixed amount yet there are always some excuse as to why our bill is higher... Pathetic!!!
