Telkom service from Technical team

There are not enough stars in the rating ... for the amazing service I got from a young gentleman called Sondisa from the P.E. technical support. This young gentleman went way beyond his call of duty. I am so thankful I phoned back after a disastrous start with a lady from the call centre after 1hr 30 minutes I lost my sense of hour and ended up yelling. When you use a manual and continually ask the same question and I keep saying I have read the back of the router 4 times to you I have still not found what you are looking for. I got Sondisa - after I think 2 hours I got sorted he even let me have a loo break in between "running"from my laptop in one room to the router in another room ... During this whole time he constantly explained what he was doing or what I had to do. I am sure he had a laugh every now and again with my commentary. He during this time was patient and spoke so eloquently and spoken in layman's language no jargon at all. This young man needs to be rewarded for all that he did for me. I will admit at the end of it all. I burst into tears. !! Tears of such happiness and relief. I told him if I was closer I would hug him covid or not !! Please may his department head reward this young man and please Mr Sipho Maseko ensure that this young man is justly rewarded too. This man is the future of your company and our country.
