Telkom service from Hell
Cape Sandown telkom branch. Toshca leigh alexander and Aisha Picker. 2 employees from Hell. I tried to upgrade my 10mbps wifi to 20 mbps on 30 Dec 2026. Then Toshca forgot to cancel my 10mbps wifi. Then i was billed for both 10mbps and 20mbps in jan 2026. Aisha picker said she closed both accounts in jan. Now i am being billed again in feb. Telkom bound to penalise me for their own incompetence. Please avoid this sandown branch in the cape

Now. Not only No reimbur*****t for January. I also have to pay for feb, because they only logged the cancellation in feb. Another R1800 down the drain. Telkom is so *****ed
