Telkom service for LTE activation is disgusting!

I wouldnt even give you a 1! so I took up a wifi LTE service through another provider, who uses Telkoms network. My wifi should have been active yesterday so I call my provider and they say its a Telkom issue and Telkom cannot give them a turn around time??? They confirmed that there is a write up about the issue and if you google 'telkom lte sim activation delays' you will see that Telkom is saying they only deal with these cases as the customer complains? What pathetic service! its the first time I have any dealing with Telkom and I'm so disgusted at such service!
