TELKOM Service Extremely Poor on Account Cancellation

Previous complaints concerning this company and an LTE contract were NEVER resolved. On cancelling the contract the TELKOM accounts department either never registered the cancellation or ignored it. I had personally gone to a TELKOM office to do this, and have the printed documents. What they did do was cancel data I had bought instead. Now they are lodging my account as unpaid with Nudebt, and are threatening to close other telephone accounts I have with them. I have seen many instances of very poor service from TELKOM on this website, and it appears from my perspective (as it is with others) that they really don't care at all.
