Telkom **** service

Hi im very unhappy with the service recieved from telkom bought the iphone 15 128 gb a week later i contacted online they said i should book the phone into the nearest telkom store i even contacted apple support they did a diagnostic test on the device and picked up theres a hardware issue the wifi doesn't want to Connect at all aswell as the Bluetooth and the battery doesnt last at all im very unhappy and i demand a new phone not a device that has to be repaired and its still brand new i will do a report in the heraldlive aswell i need assistance asap please contact me on ***
