TELKOM SERVICE DISGUSTED

my phone got pickpocket in Johannesburg. i suspended the line cause it was linked to a bank account. the phone did not have insurance but i realize i can still get another sim and use the data & minutes.<br> <br> on 28 August i went to Telkom to get things sorted out they said it will take 24 hours to get the line first unsuspended then i can activate the sim. the consultant gave me a sim card and said that i can go at any Telkom branch to activate the sim. <br> <br> On the 3 September i went to Telkom Parow and they told me the phone was not unsuspended yet. this was really frustrated as it was way past the 24 hours. the consultant logged a request for the phone to be unsupended and said i must come back in the next 72 hours to activate the sim. by this time i was very irritated and frustrated as it takes a lot of efforts and expenses to get to a telkom branch and theses people so simply say you must come back.<br> <br> i phoned the telkom 081 180 line on the same day & they said the line will be unsupended by end of business day which never happened. the next day i phoned again and again they said the line will be unsupended which did not happened. <br> <br> the card still needs to be activated<br> whats happening
