telkom service

I worked with ********s for 28 years and telkom are the worst.They are *****ing from their clients to save a sinking ship. Their lack of responsibility and work ethic is the biggest problem. They do not know how to do their work and i experienced it first hand. I wrote a few reviews on your page and there were no response from telkom. I also included the names of their ceo and their cmo and still nothing happend. That is the signs of a sinking ship and that is why so many of their clients are complaining about the same problem , telkoms billing department. These people do not know how to do the work allocated to them and that is why they got all these problems. Appiont people that have financial qualifications to work in the billing department and not people that think they know how to do it. You can report this and nobody do anything from top managment right down to the bottom they just do not care about their clients. I have read a lot of comments and none the good. From paying for network service without any service to cellphones handed in for repairs and got lost. I just wonder how they can promote a competition worth 350 million if you can not collect your price . Thjs is the way they try to save a sinking ship. I am the next one to cancel everything with them. If i could rate them it would be minus a lot.
