Telkom service delivery is Unacceptable

Telkom/Open serve technicians are passing the buck without the problem being sorted out. Out voice and data lines was not working from Friday, everyday a technician arrives and says it’s not their problem and they will escalate the problem, 5 days later the problem has not been resolved. This is unacceptable. There are 3 homes affected and it seems the splitter is blown. These technicians are picnicking on the road side with doing their jobs. I am convinced they have too many staff members
