Telkom - Service delivery is beyond disappointing

I moved to another house in December 2020 only 1,2km from the old house, still in the same suburb. I logged a call in January 2021 to have my phone line moved. I have followed up every week/month and keep getting told they are working on it. and promised it will be resolved. I have had to pay every month for a service I do not have. We are now in July 2021 and I am still waiting for my line to be moved. When will you guys get some to move my landline??????
