Telkom Service (DEAL OF THE MONTH) - What a joke?!

<p>3 Months ago I decided to give Telkom LTE a shot as Telkom ADSL is a big joke and doesnt work half the time. So needless to say it took me 3 Months (cancelled on the 29th of Feb) to get my "voice" portion of my ADSL solution cancelled at R206 a month. Begining of May I get an SMS the service is cancelled just to get billed at the beginning of June again. So I reversed the D/O and add an stop order for this.</p> <p> </p> <p>The June arrives and TELKOM Says "Deal of the Month uncapped LTE", here I thought cool I'll upgrade my package and get the benefit of uncapped for R100-00 more a month WHAT AN UNREALISTIC EXPECTATION I had!!</p> <p>Firstly the call center can't assist (TELKOM you know you loosing money right??) you have to go to TELKOM DIRECT store (You know this is ****ing people off like you cant believe).</p> <p>So I went to the store but GUESS what? I dont qaulify because according to the TELKOM website my house doenst have LTE coverage (my neighbour and two houses down have coverage) even though I am running TELKOM LTE for the last 3 months!! </p> <p>So bascially TELKOM is saying I dont qualify because the COMPUTER SAYS NO!!!! but my neighbours can gladly apply! WHAT A JOKE!!!!</p> <p>How difficult can it be to override the COMPUTER SAYS NO error with a little bit of human intervention???</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is uncapped LTE for R799-00 a month before the deal runs out?!? is that to much to ask??</p> <p> </p> <p>Marius</p>
