Telkom service

you should have a no star rating. I recently moved and went into a Telkom shop to move my line. was given an order etc. I followed up last week and everything was on track and was told a technician would phone me by Friday. no phone call was received. I followed up today and the call center told me that my order had been canceled!!!!! they told me to re-apply....and wait another 30 days....what a load of BS!!!!! I have never come across such incompetence in my life and that is saying a lot considering the level of service across SA!!! the nearest Telkom Shop is 60km awa!!!!
