Telkom Service Contract

Telkom is the worst service ever i had contract with them paid up infull and cancled they owe me credit i stil did not get back. I went back and forth to the stores they keep saying they did the dispute but i never recieved my money. I want my damn momy!!!!! i have all the sms they logged the case its been a month no payment yet!
