Telkom Service Contract
The telephone and ADSL service contracted for has been failing for the last 6 months. Technicians are sent out and the system runs for a day or 2 then just crashes. Telkom should at least pass a credit for service NOT provided. It would be good if they had customer friendly service dept and competent technicians.
