Telkom service cannot be worse

If I could rate them with a zero, trust me I would! My family has been stranded for 3 days now with no telephone line. This is not good because I have sick grandparents living there and no one there has other means during an emergency! My mother was told that if they didn't change their internet supplier there is very little chance of people prioritising their fault. Appalled!
