Telkom Service Cancellations

<p>I've been trying to cancell(cancellation and proof of ID documents were attached) my adsl line and landline via email from 16 September 2016. I keep on getting the full mailbox repland requesting me to try again 30 min later. I've sent emails on 29/8/2016(2) and again on 30/8/2016.</p>
