Telkom Service Cancellation 44 days and still nothing

Good afternoon,

I tried to cancel my services with Telkom since January 18 but I still haven't heard a word from them and I also submitted request over and over thinking they might not have received it. The automated response says it can take up to 21 days, well this is double the turnaround time going for 45 days now since I asked for a cancellation. I still get charged each month as time just passes and nothing gets done!
