Telkom Service Below 1-Star Rating

Telkom closes Case No *** without resolving the issue New Case No ***0 was opened to ensure proper details are provided which was logged for Case No ***

The Case Manager contacted me about my poor rating of Telkom services and nothing constructive had been done. Telkom don't waste your monies employing Case Managers if nothing is being done with the information provided. I literally wasted my time providing the same information to the technical person and the case manager.

Telkom Mobile service is definitely below a 1-star rating!
