Telkom Service

Good day

I would like to report poor service from telkom Litterly the worst ISP on the planet. I reported my line as down about a week ago today and unfortunately my line has been damage due to trenches dug up. Now telkom told me that the wil contact me for an alternative solution, i am stil waiting for that call. We called telkom numerous times everytime they said they will contact us but nothing. So if this isn't sorted by end of week i will cancel my service and go to the national papers and report this poor service.
