<p>Bad service, commuication is very bad, I have dispute with the account but No-One has contacted me with the Update, everytime when I call in I speak to a different person who can even transfer me to the relevant department.</p> <p>The service is quiet bad and it sucks...................................</p>

this is annoying, the case was logged in February and till today Telkom has not contacted me NOT even once.
My case number is ********** 5 and ********** 1 - My BANK requires a Letter stating that the case is number investigation or what so ever.
