**** Telkom service

Telkom had the worst Customer Service as well ad biling services. I logged my complaint more than 3 weeks ago. Being in this industry myself I know what service is suppose to look like. I need someone to call me tomorrow and I need my query resolved. I am paying fees that I don't even know why it's been charged to my account. The worst part is that I can't cancel this **** service provider due to my contract. Please contact me to resolve this matter.
