Telkom Service Awful

<p>I logged a call to move a line from one property to another. The occupation of the new property was delayed and the old line was cut-off already. I have now waited almost 4 weeks for the new line. Appointment last Saturday, No-one arrived. Appointment this Saturday no-one arrives. Got a call from our gate this morning saying that the technician was there but now no-one is at home to off he goes. The sms arrived an hour after the technicican telling me someone was coming. This is total incompetence and absolutely impossible to actually get through to a human being to arrange a new appointment. Web chat is also awful and never connects. Just incredibly bad and disappointing service. Wish there was another option.</p>
